juice of 1 lime
4 Sweeki green kiwis
20 g mint leaves
1 teaspoon honey


Cut the four kiwis in half, remove the pulp with a teaspoon and pour it into the blender jug. Add the mint leaves, lime juice, rum and honey, then blend to mix together. Divide the kiwi mixture into four glasses filled with ice. Pour about 50 ml of tonic water into each glass, then stir with a spoon from the bottom up. Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
